Today I'm not using my KitchenAid mixer, I used my 💪💪 power. Hand knead Soft Wheat Bun. Yes, soft dough very easy to knead with hands and hand kneaded dough is super soft and fluffy! Soft dough = very difficult to shape, so I kept everything simple today. Son enjoyed playing his new toys - sausage cutter. Hmm, actually it's not new, I bought it quite some times ago, forgot I have it in my storage box lol.... 今天不用搅拌器，用宇宙最强的双手😂😂😂 手揉小麦软餐包. 这餐包很软，面团也很软所以没办法造型。就简简单单做几款。
